Kath McCollim
PRESIDENT
Kath is Executive Director, Business Transformation for UOW Global Enterprises. Kath has employment experience in the steel manufacturing and health insurance and higher education sectors, and in consultancy engagements with transport and local government sectors. Kath is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Drew Arthur
VICE-PRESIDENT
Drew is Managing Director of Micronet Systems (Australia). Drew manages a portfolio of Information Technology companies in Sydney, Wollongong and Brisbane. Drew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Irene Latoa
TREASURER
Irene is a qualified CPA with over 25 years’ corporate business experience, including in key financial and general management with Nestle and Nespresso in Australia and overseas. Irene owns and manages First Class Accounts – North Wollongong.

Mark Stewart
Mark is the CEO of Land’s Edge Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on outdoor education experiences for young people, in and around NSW. Mark is passionate about educating youth through real life experiences in the outdoors, and supporting cultural change, innovation and organisational development in the not-for-profit sector.

Spase Karoski
Spase was born in Macedonia (former Yugoslavia) and migrated
to Australia when he was 18. He studied and worked in Australia, mostly in social
work. Currently is the head teacher of a community services department at TAFE.
Spase’s interests lie in social justice, social philosophy, and the critical
analysis of contemporary social issues. He is also passionate about the
environment, creative writing, and global development.

Lise Genzo
Lisa has held a variety of roles in Financial Services and public sector (Affirmative Action Agency) with most recent work leading teams through development and testing of new business ideas and taking those ideas into market. She has extensive experience leading project teams in delivering transformational change around customer experience, business improvement and social change.

Renata Garnero
Renata is the CFO at Aster Group – a position held for the last 8 years. Prior to this she worked for 12 years in public practice accounting. Renata holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accy) degree from UOW, and a MBA from Deakin University. She is also a Chartered Accountant, a Registered Tax Agent and a Justice of the Peace in NSW.
