L2P driving program front page news

SCARF’s popular and successful L2P driving program made the front page of the Illawarra Mercury on 15th July 2015.

65 women and men from refugee backgrounds have learned NSW road rules and got their licence with the help of skilled SCARF volunteer mentors.

To get help learning to drive, or to talk about volunteering as a driving mentor, please contact SCARF. New learners are always welcome – and new driving mentors are always needed!

Phone 4224 8644, or call into the office, 26 Atchison Street, Wollongong (the old Portofino Function Centre) near Wollongong Station.
