Both Ian and Pippa have experience working with organisations in transition and are keen to support SCARF in our journey towards sustainable operations.  With their help, we hope to secure funding to further expand SCARF services and support for children, youth and adults from refugee backgrounds.

FAREWELL!

April Ranson at her farewell

We’re also excited to share the news that SCARF’s Volunteer Coordinator, April Ranson, has just landed a full-time job as a Judge’s Associate with the District Court of NSW!

Over the past 12 months, we’ve benefited from April’s generous time, positive energy, hard work and incredible support as our Volunteer Coordinator. April somehow juggled this role with finishing a law degree and completing Practical Legal Training requirements in Wollongong and in Sydney.

Congratulations April on your wonderful achievements.  We wish you every happiness and success for your next adventure and beyond.  We will miss you!
